Occupancy is limited to one person per bedroom.

Our shared common areas are cleaned once per week, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment. We also offer secure bike storage, provided free of charge, and free fiber broadband internet via NOLA Broadband.
Utilities and Billing Electricity for your unit is sub-metered and billed directly to you, eliminating the need to open an account with Entergy. Water is billed at a flat fee of $25 per month. Common area utilities are included in your rent, making budgeting simple and straightforward.
Pet Qualifiers We like all the little critters, but we’ll need to make sure they will feel at home here. Bring your furry friend to the space and we can make sure they vibe with all of the tenants and their pets. Also: up-to-date shots, please!
Flexible Lease Terms Minimum lease term of 9 months, with all leases transitioning to month-to-month after the initial term. This flexibility allows you to stay as long as you need without the hassle of long-term commitments.
