Accepting Applications for August 15th Move-In We are now taking applications for move-in as early as July 15th. Once all seven units are occupied, priority will be given to referrals from current residents. Applicants are subject to a credit check. Pets must be up to date on shots and must meet with a representative of S Liberty Coliving before consideration. All indoor areas at S Liberty Coliving are non-smoking.
Affordable Rent We currently have bedroom units ranging from $800 to $1,400 per month. A security deposit and a full month’s rent will be consigned with the finalizing of a lease. Pets will only be permitted in conjunction with a non-refundable $200 pet deposit. Residents without cars receive a monthly rent credit of $100.
